This complete planning service includes professional advice, site and vendor research and recommendations, as well as our on site coordination of your wedding day. We'll be there from the minute you set the date until the moment your last guest leaves. With our guidance and impeccable implementation, you'll see how planning your wedding can be as enjoyable as the big day itself and how you can be a guest at your own wedding.
You give us the budget, guest list and select your dress we'll do the rest.
- Four face to face meetings, to go over your wedding details,
meetings may be held via telephone if client prefers. (i.e decor & design,
vendor duties & negotiations, time-line of activities etc.)
- Ongoing consultation and advice (e.g on wedding etiquette) as required
- Assist with budget preparation
- Prepare a schedule of events and checklist
- Assist with locating & contracting the perfect location
- Assist with creating stationary (i.e "Save the Date" notes, invitations, programs & menus)
- Tracking R.S.V.P's and who will be attending
- Assist with selecting color scheme, theme and style of wedding
- Finding, negotiating and booking suitable vendors(e.g caterer, baker, florist, photographer, printer,musicians, videographer etc.) (up to three referrals)
- Providing information to obtain a marriage license
- Assist with Ceremony and Reception planning
- Preparing itineraries, guest seating list and cards
- Attending and overseeing the rehearsal (up to 2 hour)
- Instructing attendants about their duties
- Wedding day coordination (up to 10hrs)
- Confirm contracts and timing of events with all vendors
- Guest list confirmation
- Coordinate the wedding day ceremony and get you down the aisle on time
- Providing a stress-free day for the bride and groom
